ONCE A CAMPER, ALWAYS A CAMPER!

If you wish to enjoy the beauty of nature for a long time, preserve the places you visit. Here are some rules that we impose on ourselves to keep beaches, mountains, forests, islands and deserts as clean as possible:

  • Reusable water bottles are replacing plastic bottles. You can find water bottles in big stores and sports stores.
  • The yogurts and other products are bought in bulk and not packaged. In Arabic, "sabba", are the ones sold in bulk. Some fine grocery stores are adopting this system, so you must bring your food containers to transport your products.
  • The use of plastic bags is having a detrimental effect on the environment, leading to an increase in bans being implemented globally. As a result, it is essential to replace them with more sustainable options such as tote bags, fabric bags, baskets or koffas. To do our part to reduce our negative impact on the environment, we always invite you to keep a good stock of fabric bags and bring them with you when you go shopping, particularly when purchasing fruit and vegetables.
  • Disposable dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery) are replaced by unbreakable and reusable items. No debate on this point! Reusable and sturdy dishes can be found in supermarkets or sports stores.
  • Waste should be avoided. Bring only what you are certain to consume. Overconsumption is one of the causes of mass industrial production.
  • When visiting areas in which fishing and hunting are strictly prohibited, it is imperative to respect these regulations.
  • It is necessary to respect the fauna and flora, not to damage the plants, and not to produce noise pollution.
  • Clean up the campground area and hiking trails by picking up any trash you find.
  • Take all necessary precautions regarding the campfire and have an extinguisher available at all times.
