Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Tunisian CampersWe are committed to providing you with unforgettable experiences, while ensuring a clear and fair cancellation policy.
1. General Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event : 75% refund (25% retained).
- Cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event : 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event : no refund.
- No refunds will not be granted in the event oflate arrival or early departure.
2. Cancellation by Tunisian Campers
- In the event of cancellation on our part (due to weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), an invoice will be issued. valid for 6 months will be offered.
- If postponement is not possible, a 100% reimbursement will be carried out.
3. Payments & Refund Procedure
- Online payments made from Tunisia are received exclusively via the Flouci platform.
Refunds related to these payments are processed exclusively via Flouci, according to its terms and timelines. - Cash payments in Tunisia are refunded in cash in Tunisia.
- Bank transfers made from Tunisia are refunded via bank transfer.
- Payments made from international sources (international credit cards or international bank transfers) are not refunded by bank transfer and are refunded only in cash in Tunisia, after validation and signature of a refund credit note by the client.
- An email confirmation is sent once the request is approved.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
