1. General Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event : 75% refund (25% retained).
  • Cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event : 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event : no refund.
  • No refunds will not be granted in the event oflate arrival or early departure.

2. Cancellation by Tunisian Campers

  • In the event of cancellation on our part (due to weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), an invoice will be issued. valid for 6 months will be offered.
  • If postponement is not possible, a 100% reimbursement will be carried out.

3. Payments & Refund Procedure

  • All online payments are received exclusively via the Konnect platform.
  • Refunds related to online payments are processed exclusively via Konnect
  •  Cash payments are refunded in cash.
  •  Bank-transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer.
  •  An email confirmation will be sent upon validation of your request.
  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
