MOHAMED TEMIMI DISCOVERS HIS PASSION FOR OUTDOOR
In 2015, during a transformative journey through Europe, I made a stop in Linosa, a volcanic island with a unique charm. After leaving our sailboat while snorkeling, I met a member of the turtle research center, who lent me a bike and advised me to visit “Piscina Naturali”.
As I rode through the island’s breathtaking volcanic landscapes, I discovered this extraordinary natural pool. Swimming in its clear waters, surrounded by unique rock formations, was an unforgettable experience. That moment changed my perception of nature and deepened my connection with it.
It was upon returning to Tunisia that Mohamed Temimi opened his eyes to what was truly important.
After travelling abroad, he realised that the greatest wealth of his own country had escaped him: a wild, generous and still little-known nature. This shock became a revelation. So he decided to set off to discover this invisible Tunisia, far from the beaten track. Forests, beaches, deserts, mountains, islands... IN 2020, HE FOUNDED TUNISIAN CAMPERS
By sharing his adventures on social networks, Mohamed quickly managed to unite a committed community: curious, passionate about nature and sensitive to environmental issues. This strong human bond became a driving force. In 2020, he founded Tunisian Campers, an events agency specialising in outdoor experiences.
His mission: to take Tunisians and travellers from all over the world to discover an authentic, wild and deeply alive Tunisia.

It is of the utmost importance that we respect and protect the delicate ecosystems of the natural sites we visit. In order to ensure the preservation of the environment, we make it a priority to raise awareness among campers about environmental practices and initiatives. To ensure this, we impose a charter during our events.
