1. General Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event : 75% refund (25% retained).
- Cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event : 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event : no refund.
- No refunds will not be granted in the event oflate arrival or early departure.
2. Cancellation by Tunisian Campers
- In the event of cancellation on our part (due to weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), an invoice will be issued. valid for 6 months will be offered.
- If postponement is not possible, a 100% reimbursement will be carried out.
3. Payments & Refund Procedure
- All online payments are received exclusively via the Konnect platform.
- Refunds related to online payments are processed exclusively via Konnect
- Cash payments are refunded in cash.
- Bank-transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer.
- An email confirmation will be sent upon validation of your request.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
