1. General Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the event : 75% refund (25% retained).
• Cancellation between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event : 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event : no refund.
• No refunds will not be granted in the event oflate arrival or early departure.

2. Cancellation by Tunisian Campers

• In the event of cancellation on our part (due to weather conditions, force majeure, etc.), an invoice will be issued. valid for 6 months will be offered.
• If postponement is not possible, a 100% reimbursement will be carried out.

3. Refund procedure

• A confirmation by e-mail will be sent to you as soon as your request has been validated.
• The credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
